So it turns out I have done something right. Or well, maybe.
All these years of grooming Nathan and Emma to be good contestants on The Price is Right by watching it when they're home sick -- and now Nathan gets the video game for his handheld Nintendo thingie.
So he now knows the games before even turning on the machine, and unlike any other video game where we had to read the booklet before playing, this one we KNOW. He's really great at it -- he's won over 50 thousand dollars, in ONE night. Of course he follows me around asking me the prices of things cause he has no actual idea how much anything costs. And there's the consumer monster that I may have created. But I think he really just likes when he wins fake money and gets to spin the big wheel.
That's all I'm really doing everyday anyway with this mom gig, spinning the big wheel, hoping nobody dies. And cash would be great. Hey, why not try?
I'll keep you updated.
