Mayo on Cinco De Mayo

This morning I dropped the mayo getting it out of the fridge and it landed on the floor, the top flew off and mayonnaise splattered all over the floor and a chunk splotched onto Poppa's door with a nice splerch.

I was making Lilly's sandwich, and had the bread in my hand. Becky was cleaning off the floor for me, so I went over to Poppa's door and wiped off the splerch with the bread. Saved a knife, sandwich all made.

Texted my friend Rebecca and she said, "A hero mom moment."

I told Emma about it when she got home from school and she said "Mayo on Cinco de Mayo!"
